Act 3 File Document

Act 3 File Document

Dearest Journal:

O heavens, what am I to do? Earlier this week I had heard Hamlet contemplating suicide, and going crazy over young Ophelia… but not… Now I think Hamlet knows. He know’s all. Me and my Queen should have never agreed to going and seeing Hamlet’s play. For the ‘Mousetrap’ has really put me in a trap. Hamlet’s madness has turned him in to a dangerous man! I have spoken to dear Rocencrantz and Guildenstern about taking Hamlet to England. Hamlet must not let anybody know that it is me who killed his father, my own brother. They must get him out of Denmark immediately. I have my loyal Polonius hiding in my Ladies room awaiting Hamlet’s arrival. We will soon have all the information on the reason of Hamlet’s madness. Ii have only one saviour, and one person I can trust, and that is mine own Lord. I have gone, not too long ago, to seek forgiveness for my mis-doings and my bad action. I must go now and see my wife.

Sincerely; Claudius, King of Denmark
